I bought a charger and it quit working after about a month. I emailed about the warranty, but like most customer service stuff, it dragged on forever. They kept asking me the same questions over and over, which got annoying. I did finally get a replacement, but the whole process was more trouble than it was worth.

I bought this power bank because I really needed something that could get me through a normal workday without having to hunt around for an outlet, and I was expecting a lot more from it. I charged it all the way up before using it, but it barely managed to give my phone one decent top-up before the power bank itself started dying way faster than I thought it should.

I kept trying it for about a week just to make sure it wasn’t a one-time thing or maybe something I had done wrong, but it was pretty much the same result every single time. The battery life just does not match what I expected, and for something that is supposed to be useful when you’re out and about, it ended up feeling kind of pointless. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It just has a really clean look to it, which I like. The design feels nice and simple, not too bulky or overdone, and it kind of just fits in without making a big deal of itself. Happy with how it looks overall.

I bought something from Aduro the build quality just wasnt great. It felt really light and cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, like the plastic might crack if it slipped out of my hand even once.
After only a few weeks, one of the parts started getting loose and it wouldnt sit right anymore. I wasnt using it roughly or anything, so that was disappointing. It seems like it was made to look decent at first but not really last. I wont be buying from them again.
